Exeter offers some of the finest shopping in the South West and offers a warm welcome in the array of restaurants and pubs across the city. A short drive from a wealth of National Trust properties, stunning gardens and the picture postcard coastline around Exmouth, Dawlish and beyond. Dartmoor National Park with all its attributes, is close by. Leisure facilities: each cottage has access to a well stocked coarse fishing lake where guests can fish by prior arrangement with the owner. Those wanting to fish must bring their own equipment. Amenities: bed linen, electric, central heating, logs for woodburner and wi-fi available. Regret no smoking or pets in the properties. Location: beach 12 miles, shops and pub 3 miles. This accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single with child's 2'6 bed. Bathroom: upstairs with shower over bath and WC and a further downstairs WC. Lounge: with woodburner, flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: with integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and dryer. Outside: guests have a raised patio/seating area to the side of the cottage and a decked area to the front.
